CRO Endeavours
Conversion Rate Optimization is, at its core, a commitment to not guessing. The work begins where most design processes end: after the object has been built and released, when real users —not personas, not test participants, not stakeholders— are moving through it. What they do, where they stop, what they ignore: that behavior is data, and data is the material of this phase. The testing methodologies I work with (A/B, multivariate, and split URL testing) are tools for asking one question at a time with enough rigor to trust the answer. A hypothesis is formed, a variable is isolated, a threshold of statistical significance is set before the test begins. The result either confirms or refutes the hypothesis. Neither outcome is a failure; both are information. This iterative structure is not unique to CRO it is how any serious design practice handles uncertainty. CRO makes the loop visible and measurable. What I track is behavior across the full funnel: scroll depth, click patterns, session recordings, heatmaps, micro-conversion events. The platforms might change VWO, Crazy Egg, Clarity, Hotjar but the underlying question does not: did the design do what it was built to do, for the person it was built to reach? Company goals and stakeholder KPIs matter, and I keep them in view. Inside that perimeter, success is measured in behavior: whether the design did what it was built to do, for the person it was built to reach.
