Los Vigilantes del Lado Oscuro de la Television

This film is a remake of a piece I first made in 2019, rebuilt in Blender with everything I had learned in the years between. The story itself is older than either version. It comes from a short tale my father wrote for me by hand when I was in elementary school. A physical object, given to a child who already loved horror. His way of introducing science fiction into my life. Working from that source material carried a particular kind of pressure: the obligation to be faithful not to a text but to a feeling. The remake is not a correction of the original. It is a return to the same territory with better tools, and a different understanding of what the story was actually about.
